Villa Kuemmerle is located just a few kilometers from Porec in the small quiet village of Kukci. Only 3 km far away from sea and beaches.
The spacious villa consists of two parts. The the main wing has a large living and dining area with kitchen on the ground floor, as well as a bedroom and a bathroom. Two more bedrooms and a bathroom are located on the first floor. There is also a sofa bed in the gallery. From here a staircase leads to the small, romantic tower - here you can even enjoy a sea view.
