Discover your dream holiday home in this modern and spacious semi-detached house, which has been skilfully built into a hillside. Situated on a 650 m² enclosed garden plot, this accommodation offers you everything you need for an unforgettable holiday: Privacy, comfort and impressive facilities. Your holiday home covers 140 m² spread over two floors, with a total of 4 rooms, including 3 bedrooms, each with a comfortable double bed. A spacious living room with a dining area and a fully integrated kitchen offers plenty of room to spend time together. There are also amenities such as air conditioning in all rooms, hot water and electric heating, two bathrooms with spacious showers and daylight windows as well as additional rooms such as a utility room with washing machine and a storage room. A travel cot and high chairs can be provided on request for our younger guests.
Outside, there is a private garden with a pool (4m x 6m, 1.4m deep), a covered barbecue pavilion with seating, two terraces, a sunbathing lawn, parasols and 6 sun loungers. The outdoor shower by the pool provides additional comfort. A separate summer kitchen is also available for cosy evenings. You can park your car safely in the private car park right next to the house.
The surrounding area has something for everyone: from golf courses, climbing, mountain biking and cycling tours, horse riding, rowing, sailing, diving, tennis and water skiing, everything is possible nearby.
