Holiday home Castello is a renovated country house located in Kaštelir, 10 km from Porec and 10 minutes drive from resort Lanterna with beautiful beaches. The house was completely renovated in 2016 and has its own, partially fenced plot of approx. 1000 m2 with a well-kept lawn and olive trees. The semi-detached house for sole use offers guests the following outdoor facilities: large covered terrace with benches for outdoor dining, barbecue, well-tended garden with children's swing, slide and trampoline, as well as several parking spaces in the courtyard.
The landlady lives in the rear part of the house with a separate entrance to the courtyard.
The semi-detached house has a total of 140m2 of living space spread over three floors and offers space for up to 12 people in three holiday flats, all accessible from the hallway with internal stairs. Each holiday flat is furnished for 2-4 people and has a 40m2 living area with kitchen, dining table and pull-out couch, double bedroom and bathroom with shower/WC. All flats are air-conditioned and Wi-Fi is available.
The Castello holiday home is ideal for one or more families and small dogs are also welcome on request.
