Casa Viola is located in the small village Perci, 10 km from Porec, and 4 km from the tourist resort Lanterna with beautiful beaches and various sports facilities. Shops and restaurants are only a few minutes' drive away in town Tar. On the fenced garden of 900 m², guests have at their disposal swimming pool of 32 m², 10 deck chairs with pool towels, a parasol, a covered summer kitchen with a barbecue and a table for outdoor dining, a children's playground,maintained garden and 4 parking places.
The house has a total area of ??280 m² on three floors, is fully air-conditioned and is suitable for 12 persons. On the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table, a living room with an exit to the terrace with a sofa, one double bedroom, one bathroom with a shower/toilet, one bathroom with a bathtub and a washing machine, and a separate toilet.
On the first floor of the house there are two double bedrooms, both with access to the balcony, and one with its own shower/toilet, one room with separate beds and a balcony with a beautiful panoramic view, and a bathroom with shower/toilet. in the hallway.
