This detached Dalmatian villa enjoys an ideal quiet location and offers all the necessary comfort. It is on a slope and affords a breathtaking view towards the sea and the surroundings. It is quietly sitated on a side street with little traffic, in the Mala Iozna area. The beach of the same name is only 120 metres away. Postira is only 10km from the Supetar ferry port on the island Brac. The ferry to Supetar crosses at least 7 times a day in winter and more than 15 times in summer. The island has a good infrastructure. The locality itself has several supermarkets, shops, a post office, medical service, several restaurants and cafes. By the Mala Lozna pebbled beach just 120 metres away there is a café with meals. There is a sandy beach about 3km away and there is also a rocky beach nearby.
