Villa Tonika -Two Bedroom Apartment with Terrace ( A1 )

House:
Villa Tonika is located in Povlja on the Island of Brac. If you want to enjoy the sun and the sea this is the perfect location for you, since the property is located only 200 m away from the nearest beach, with many more of them in the surrounding area. Common furnished terrace as well as BBQ facilities and indoor fire place are at your disposal. Shared laundry room fitted with washing machine and dryer is available to you. Luggage storage is possible prior check in and after check out, so you can explore the city a little more before your departure. Private parking is provided and reservation is not required, so you don't need to worry about the parking place if you are coming with a car. This lovely two bedroom apartment with furnished balcony and terrace is perfectly fir for up to four people. If features free Free WiFi air conditioning and SAT LCD TV. The open space living room comes with sofa and sitting area and it's combined with the fully equipped kitchen and dining area. The apartment has two private bathrooms with shower and toilet. Hair dryer, iron and ironing facilities are at your disposal. Due to property's excellent position, everything you may need for a pleasant stay can be reached within walking distance. The nearest beach, restaurant and cafe bar as well as the grocery store and market are only 200 m away from the property. The bus stop is only 200 m walk away form the property, while Brac Airport is located 23 km drive away.

The interior of the accommodation can differ slightly from the pictures. However, the level of comfort is as described It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house
