Apartments Agava & Lucija are located in Povlja on the east coast of beautiful Island Brac. Both studios are in private stone house, one on the ground floor and the other on the first floor. Property is bike friendly, 2 bikes are available per unit. Luggage storage before check in and after check out are available. Public parking is available, reservation is not needed. Please note: This property may not be suitable for guests with disabilities due to limited accessibility and potential mobility challenges. We recommend considering this before booking. This lovely seafront studio with terrace can accommodate up to two persons. If features free Free WiFi, air conditioning and flat screen TV. Well equipped kitchenette comes with dining area. Private bathroom comes with shower and hairdryer. Furnished terrace with BBQ facilities is at guests disposal, and 2 bikes per unit. Due to excellent position of this beachfront house , everything you may need for a pleasant stay can be reached within walking distance. If you want to enjoy the sun and the sea this is the perfect location for you, since the property is located only 50 m away from the nearest beach, with many more of them in the surrounding area. Closest grocery store, bus station, caffe and restaurant can can be found within 100 m. The bus stop is 50 walk away from the property, while Brac Airport is located 27 km drive away.

Remarks:
The interior of the accommodation can differ slightly from the pictures. However, the level of comfort is as described It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house
