Bright and airy holiday apartment with a communal swimming pool and sea views from the private sunny balcony
This nicely furnished holiday apartment is located close to the sea a littel outside the small picturesque town of Privlaka, in the Zadar region of the Adriatic coast of Croatia.
Each apartment has a large private balcony where guests can dine and enjoy the beautiful sea views in their privacy. And in front of the house there is a large parking lot for guests.
This apartment is on the top floor of the three-storey house with a total of six holiday units. There are two apartments plus one studio apartment on each floor. They can be booked together to accommodate up to 10 people per floor.
This apartment can accommodate four persons. It consists of a bedroom for two persons (160 x 200 cm double bed). The living room has a sofa bed for two persons, a kitchen equipped with everything you need for a self catering holiday, and a bathroom with a shower. All apartments are equipped with wi-fi and LCD satellite television. In front of the house there is a large parking lot for guests.
Privlaka is a small peninsula, sunlit and surrounded by the sea on three sides, and the eastern side connected with the royal town of Nin. Privlaka has shallow and sandy beaches that are suitable for family tourism with small children who can enjoy the clean sea and play on the sand. Special pleasure and relaxation can be enjoyed by walking around the beautifully landscaped promenade around the place, and in the evenings you can enjoy the beautiful sunset.
Guests have the option of full board, gastronomic offer of domestic fishermen prepared in the traditional way, and meat menus and salads from their own breeding. All our guests have a warm and pleasant drink welcome in the company of a drink with a friendly host.
