The stone house with impressive interior decoration is located in a quiet location, and it takes 5 minutes by car to reach the first small town of Nin.

Villa is a modernly equipped house that provides an extraordinary experience for families and friends. With three bedrooms and three modern bathrooms, it can accommodate up to eight people. On the ground floor, there is a fully equipped kitchen and a spacious living room with a sofa for stretching. Guests will be delighted by the private sauna on the ground floor and the covered terrace from which they can jump into the outdoor pool with a waterfall. They have at their disposal comfortable deckchairs together with a large umbrella, and there is a large table on the terrace. For the perfect end of the day, guests can hang out with a barbecue on the garden fireplace. During the colder months, guests can enjoy jacuzzi and underfloor heating. On the first floor, there are bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a large balcony where guests can enjoy their morning coffee with a view of the blue sky.
