Designed to comfortably accommodate two families or a group of up to eight guests, this 160 square meter house offers all the necessary amenities for a relaxing holiday in Privlaka. The interior is exceptionally well-appointed with four spacious bedrooms, each with a king-size bed, and three full bathrooms, including one with a bathtub – a fantastic layout to maximize comfort and minimize queues. There is a large living and dining area, a fully equipped open-plan kitchen with a dishwasher, and a nice balcony to enjoy the fresh air. Outside, the property is surrounded by a pleasant green garden and features a covered terrace with a dining table and a traditional stone barbecue, ideal for preparing Dalmatian meals. There is plenty of space for family fun, including darts and board games, and there is secure gated parking for up to four cars. The location is incredibly convenient: the beach is less than 200 metres away, a café is just 50 metres from your door, and the nearest restaurant is just around the corner. Day trips are easy, with Zadar just 20 minutes away and the island of Vir just a five-minute drive away. Please note that this property does not accept groups of young people under the age of 25. For the sake of all future guests, smoking is not permitted indoors, and pets are not allowed on the property.
