This modern holiday apartment is within walking distance of the beach in a quiet residential area just outside the historical town of Pula on the sunny Istrian peninsula, an ideal location for experiencing and enjoying the long beaches along the coast, the sights of town and Croatian hospitality.

The spacious 60m² apartment is on the ground floor of a four-storey apartment building with a total of eight apartments and consists of a light living and dining room with an integrated, open kitchen, two bedrooms and a very modern bathroom. The air-conditioned (cool/warm) living room has a new couch with a bed for one person, a coffee table, satellite TV and a dining table with four chairs. Right next to it there is the built-in kitchen with a three-zone gas stove with an elegant extractor fan made of stainless steel, an electric oven, a fridge with a freezer compartment, a microwave, a kettle, a toaster and plenty of crockery and cutlery. The two bedrooms provide a double bed (180 x 200cm) and a single bed (80 x 200cm) respectively, with bedside tables and reading lamps, and big built-in cupboards with plenty of storage space for your clothing and luggage. One of the sofas in the living room can be converted into an additional double bed (140 x 180cm) for an adult or two children. The bathroom with a new tiles has a bath with a shower attachment, a washbasin with a cupboard underneath and a wall mirror, a toilet and a washing and drying machine. Plenty of towels and bed linen are provided and the reliable wireless Internet connection can be used free of charge.
The living room opens onto your private terrace furnished with a table and chairs, where you can enjoy leisurely holiday breakfasts. Children will enjoy the playground with a swing and seesaw right in front of the house. If you arrive by car, then there is always a free parking space right in front of the house.
Your holiday apartment is only about 200 meters from the beach. The nearest shopping facilities are about 100 meters away. There is a cafe about 50 meters away. It is about 2km to the centre of the town of Pula with its famous historical old town.
