Flat for 6 persons, with a large private terrace, 100 metres from the sea This spacious flat is located in Pješcana Uvala (a suburb of Pula), 100 metres from the sea. The flat with 130 sq m of living space is on the first floor with a large terrace and sea view. It can accommodate a maximum of 6 persons.

The dining room has three direct entrances to the large terrace with a sea view: two classic doors (80 cm) and a panoramic sliding door. In the garden there is the possibility of a charcoal grill shared with the guests on the ground floor.

The flat offers two bedrooms with double beds (180 x 200 cm) and one room with two single beds (90 x 200 cm), which can be converted into a double bed if needed. The dining room and living room are in a very spacious, bright and comfortable ambience. The kitchen is well equipped with: three natural gas and one electric cooker, electric oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, two coffee machines (electric and filter), toaster, electric kettle, dishwasher. The bathroom is large and has a bathtub with the possibility of using it as a shower, a bidet, a washbasin and a toilet. The small bathroom has a shower, washbasin and WC. Air conditioning is available in the living area.

It would be a must to visit the city of Pula with its numerous Roman and Byzantine monuments, as well as Rovinj, Croatia's award-winning tourist city, and Porec, Cittaova, Rabac and Opatija (the pearl of the Kvarner Bay). Nearby are other seaside resorts such as Medulin, Premantura and Fažana.
