Villa Blaise is located in the small Istrian village of Manjadvorci, on the southern part of the Istrian peninsula, exactly halfway between Labin and the famous tourist destination Pula.

In the 4 bedrooms, there are spacious double beds, 3 of which are on the first floor and one on the ground floor. Each bedroom has its own Air Conditioning and private bathroom (toilets and walk-in showers), so the comfort and privacy of all the guests are on a high level. Inside the house, there will certainly be no crowds and lengthy toilet queues.The ground floor bedroom has its own exit to the terrace and pool, giving it a special charm and a movie atmosphere of comfort, especially on a sunny morning with coffee or tea. In addition to 4 bathrooms, there is also a small toilet on the ground floor in the hallway at the front door.On the ground floor, you have a well-equipped kitchen with a modern bar and 3 chairs. A dining space with a table and 8 chairs are located right next to the terrace. The comfortable corner set occupies the most space in the living room.The house is equipped with WiFi, SAT-TV, a washing machine, and 5 air-conditioning units: 1 in the living room + 1 in each of the 4 bedrooms.

The 50 m2 terrace is covered. There is a hot tub, gas barbecue, an outdoor dining table with 8 seats, a large 32 m2 swimming pool, 5 sun loungers, 2 sunshades, and an outdoor shower. In the pool, there are masonry stairs for a gradual entry into the water, adapted for children and non-swimmers.3 large cars can park in private fenced parking so you won't have any worries.

The house is within a reasonable distance from the tourist crowds of popular destinations, while on the other hand, just 20 minutes drive away from Pula, and 40 minutes from Rovinj.Just 900 m from the property there is a popular horse ranch Barba Tone, widely known in Istria as a favorite gathering place for lovers of these noble animals. If you need some excitement, the famous "Glavani adrenalin park" is only 3.7 km away. The first beach is 6 km away so you will definitely need a car. Restaurant "Rišpet" is 100 m above the house, offering Istrian specialties, homemade food, Istrian prosciutto and cheese, meat delicacies, fish dishes and much more.
