Description

The top floor flat is located in the best residential area in Premantura - in the first row to the sea with a view of the offshore islands. Premantura is known for its Kamenjak Nature Park with over 30 different, marvellous bays and an incomparable flora and fauna. The flat is located in a quiet apartment block on the edge of the forest. Beautiful pebble and rocky beaches can be reached on foot within a few minutes. The village centre with restaurants, supermarkets and bars can be reached on foot in 600m.

The flat is located on the 3rd floor of the apartment building with a magnificent view of the Adriatic Sea and the offshore islands. The living room is equipped with a flatscreen TV, Wifi, air conditioning (which cools/heats the whole flat) and radio/CD/USB. From the living room you can reach the covered and sheltered balcony where you can enjoy the morning sun, the sound of the sea and the marvellous view.

The balcony is furnished with a table and rattan furniture. There is a car park and a bicycle storage area on the enclosed and fenced property.

The flat impresses with its unique location in the first row to the sea. The sea with its beautiful rocky and pebble beaches can be reached on foot via a shady forest path in a maximum of 5 minutes without traffic. The campsite "Stupice" can be reached in 300 metres. There is a good water sports infrastructure (boat, surf and SUP hire) as well as beach volleyball, tennis and football courts. The centre of Premantura is 600m away. There you will find numerous restaurants, a fruit and vegetable market as well as supermarkets and bakeries. The Kamenjak Nature Park can be reached by bike from the flat in 5 minutes.
