This generous villa, built in 2014, is away from everyday noise in the little village of Kacana, just a minute’s drive from the town of Vodnjan. It therefore offers the ideal combination of peacefulness and town life.

The extensive site of 800m² has a great, heated swimming pool (32m²), which is surrounded by a sun terrace with deckchairs and parasols. There are also a summer kitchen, a grill area and plenty of seating on the big veranda. Table tennis, trampoline, swing and a play station invite you to linger.

The 160m² of living space is on two floors and the house can accommodate up to ten guests in a total of five bedrooms. There are eight beds, double and single. Three bedrooms are on the ground floor, two of which has a double bed, while the third has a single bed and a folding bed. The beds have standard measurements: the double beds are 180cm wide and the single beds 90cm wide. The centrepiece of the villa is the living room with two sofas, armchairs and a flatscreen TV. On the ground floor there is also the fully-equipped kitchen, which even has a dishwasher. There are three bathrooms, of which two are on the ground floor, one of which has a bath. The bathroom on the upper floor has a shower. On the upper floor there are also a bedroom with two single beds and a bedroom with a single bed and a supplementary bed. A little balcony rounds off this floor.

The little town of Vodnjan is very nearby and has many restaurants, bars and shops. The nearest beach is just eight kilometres away, about a ten-minute drive. Owing to the location in the south-east of Istrian, the town of Pula with the Roman Colosseum is also within easy access.

There is parking space for up to three cars on site.
