Description
This fabulous white villa lies in Vodnjan, on the southern tip of the Istrian peninsula, near Pula, affording a view of the sea and the Brijuni Islands.
The villa has a fully-enclosed site of around 2000m² with a garden and a wonderful saltwater pool (60m²) with a waterfall and massage jets. The sunny terrace all around the swimming pool provides sun loungers, large parasols and swings. In front of the building there is a large veranda with a big dining table and chairs: an ideal place for enjoying meals and sitting together sociably in summer. Part of the veranda has comfortable wicker seating, a favourite spot for good conversations and for parents who want to keep an eye on their children in the pool. There is a barbecue for grill evenings under a starry sky. There are car parking spaces in the courtyard behind the villa.
It was newly built in 2016 in a modern architectural style, paying attention to comfort and a touch of luxury, so that discerning guests will also feel comfortable here. The living space of around 450m² is spread over two floors. The lower floor of the villa comprises a total of three bedrooms, two with a double bed and an ensuite shower room, and one with two single beds and a bathroom next to it. There are a further four bedrooms with a double bed and ensuite bathroom, as well as a balcony, on the upper floor, accessed up stairs. All the bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning with a heating function and very good video and audio devices. The living room with elegant leather furniture and a flatscreen TV, is separated from the kitchen by large glass panes, so the whole room is pleasantly bathed in daylight. The modern kitchen block is fully-equipped and includes a dishwasher, a microwave and a coffee machine. In front of it there is a counter, perfect for breakfast or quick meals. There is also a large dining table with chairs. The living room and kitchen have air conditioning (cool/warm). Good-quality and free wireless Internet access is available in the villa and in the outdoor areas. Bed linen and towels are provided by the owner. A sofa in the living room can be pulled out as a double bed. Supplementary beds can also be set up in the spacious bedrooms, so that the villa can accommodate up to 18 people.
Despite the quiet location, the centre of the locality is within easy walking distance and has a good range of shops. The nearest beach is just a five-minute drive away, with crystal clear water and cliffs.
The great wellness area is worth a special mention, with a sauna and a whirlpool /hot tub, in an annex right nearby.
