Situated in a small village named Radašinovci in the midst of nature, surrounded by vineyards and olive trees, this house offers peaceful and relaxed holiday to anyone. Near national park Vrana lake and 14 km away from beautiful beaches of Pakoštane. Ferry port in Biograd is only 15 km away and National park Krka 40 km away.
This villa has two apartments on ground and second floor. On the first floor there are three bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen and living/dining area. Each bedroom has it's own bathroom with shower and there is one extra toilet in the hall. There is one air conditioning in the apartment.
On the second floor there is a small kitchen, living/dining area, one bedroom, bathroom, sauna, shower and fitness equipment. There are a total of 5 A/C throughout the Villa.
In the outdoor area there is a big grilling facility, wooden outdoor furniture and it is shaded. There is a playground for kids and a big pool of 42m2 with whirlpool in shallow part.
Pets are welcome but need to be approved by the homeowner and are an extra cost in the amount of 10 EUR/day.
