This appealing villa is located in the village Rakalj, the south-eastern part of the Istrian peninsula. Surrounded by spacious, well maintained property (943 m2) with a private pool and olive trees. The property is 27 km distanced from the historic city of Pula, with its vigorous city life and vibrant atmosphere. The famous Roman Colosseum is the center of cultural summer festivals: concerts, ballet, operas, film festival etc. For the nature lovers there is National park Brijuni: the archipelago of the 16 islands; nature park- cape Kamenjak: protected landscape with incredible beaches, bays and hidden places. Children will certainly be interested to visit the Dinosaur park in Funtana, the first amusement and theme park in Croatia where the life-size dinosaurs are the main topic, or get to know the sea word presented in the Aquarium in Pula, Aqua land in Porec or Novigrad ...
