The holiday villa is located in small town Stobrec, less than 10 min driving to the center of Split and 250 m from sandy and pebble beach.

There is also a bedroom next to it, which includes a double bed. Plus there is a fully-equipped kitchen with an oven, microwave, coffee machine and a dining area, as well as an adjoining bathroom with a bathtub and bidet. There are also great shopping malls only 2km away (City center One and Mall of Split). The villa is an ideal place to relax and enjoy in peaceful oases of Split suburb area.
