Villa Stone Pearl - Two Bedroom Holiday House with Pool

House:
Villa Stone Pearl is in Sutivan on the Brac Island. The villa has three bedrooms. The maximum number of guests is six adults. The villa has two bathrooms with walk in shower, a large kitchen and living room. In front of villa is a sun deck with pool, and behind is a terrace and garden with a hot tub. Beach is 40 m away from property. We look forward to your arrival. Please note that parking is free and reservation is needed. Pets are allowed with notice and additional charge 5 euros per night. This beautiful two bedroom villa with private pool can comfortably accommodate up to six persons. It features air conditioning free WiFi and cable TV. The open space living room comes with sofa and sitting area, and it is combined with the fully equipped kitchen and dining area. Two private bathrooms come with shower and toilet. Washing machine, hair dryer, free toiletries (soap and toilet paper), towels as well as bed linens are provided. Villa stone Pearl is located in Sutivan, surrounded with beautiful beaches and scenery, only 14 km from Split. It is located in the old part of town, just a one-minute walk to the nearest sunny beach and 100 meters away from the town center. The market is located 100 m away while the restaurant is located 220 m away. Tourist info, post office, bus stop, ambulance and pharmacy - all can be found in 500 m distance or less. The nearest beach is located 40 m away. Bank, gas station and ferry are located 7 km away from the property. Bol is 44 km from the villa. The nearest airport is Split Airport, 40 km away from the property.

Remarks:
The interior of the accommodation can differ slightly from the pictures. However, the level of comfort is as described It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house
