Located on the ground floor of a small apartment building the property enjoys a small balcony furnished with an outside table and chairs. This space is accessible through large French doors and provides the ideal alfresco extension to the living space.
Inside, the open-plan living space is furnished with a comfortable sofa bed, a flat-screen satellite TV and a dining table. This area also incorporates the kitchen which is fitted with; an induction hob, an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, a coffee machine and a fridge freezer.
