Description

Elegant semi detached holiday house in a small village in an excellent position in Istria, with a private swimming pool, BBQ, A/C, free WIFI, terrace and balcony The villa is located on the edge of the small and pretty village of Vabriga, only 10 min by car to Porec and Novigrad.

The villa is decorated in a modern, rustic elegant style and is spread over two floors. There are three bedrooms in the house, two double bedrooms are on the first floor, both with en suite bathroom. The third bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom are located on the ground floor. In one double bedroom and twin room is one sofa bed each so the house can accommodate 6+2 guests. There also is one cot and a high chair for a baby. Both bedrooms on the first floor have exit to pretty terrace ideal for alfresco drinks. Bed linen and towels are provided, you only have to bring beach towels. The living room on the ground floor provides comfortable sofas and a fireplace, as well as a flatscreen TV with digital and cable channels. The adjoining kitchen is equipped for everyday cooking: fridge, stove, oven, toaster, dishwasher and coffee machine. Both rooms are facing the swimming pool and have exit on outside covered terrace with BBQ. Free WiFi is available throughout entire house. There are many things like books, magazines, toys, DVD movies and games that make a house home. You will be greeted by the owner or representative on your arrival and he will be at your disposal during your stay in the house. He will also leave many useful information about the area to make your holiday even more enjoyable .

The outdoor area includes a balcony accessed from the upper floor. It has lovely comfortable furniture and is roofed over. On the ground floor, the living room opens onto the roofed veranda with a dining table and chairs, as well as a stone grill for enjoyable evenings outdoors. Pets are allowed on the fenced site on request.

The house benefits from an excellent location at the edge of a very quite village of Vabriga. The village is located between vibrant towns of Porec (8 km) in the south and Novigrad (9 km) in the north.There is a hotel resort only 1 km away with nice beaches and excellent water sports facilities and tennis courts and our guests get pass for free parking and entrance . If you would like to do horse riding or go carting , they are located only 5 minutes by car from the house.The village has a very well equipped supermarket shop with a butcher shop and their own bakery. Also not far away there is a fishmonger with daily fresh supply of fish. The main shopping centers are located in Porec and Novigrad. There are few restaurants and bars in the village within walking distance from the house.
