Description
This house newly built in 2018 is situated not far from the sea and the beach, near the town centre. The house is in quiet and tranquil surroundings. On the front side of the house is a terrace with a grill, a big wooden table and chairs, where everyone can gather for meals or to simply relax. The upper balcony provides a quiet retreat for relaxing, reading or sunbathing. Near the house there is a public car park where locals and guests can park their car. The house itself has no private parking spaces.
The house with a total living space of 150m² has two spacious, newly furnished apartments. Each apartment offers two generous bedrooms (one with a double bed, the other with two single beds), a big air-conditioned living room with a dining space, a kitchen and a sitting area with a sofa and a flat-screen TV (2” LCD, satellite and cable channels), as well as a modern bathroom with a shower and WC. The sofa in the living room can be converted into a comfortable sofa bed measuring 160 x 200cm. A little children’s bed (standard measurements) can also be provided on request.
Owing to the central location of the house, it is not far to the beach. There is also a supermarket about 200 metres away within walking distance. Shops, restaurants, a market square and entertainment are just a few minutes’ walk away. In Tisno you can enjoy the sea and the sun, but at the same time there is a lot to see and do. For example, you can visit the nearby nature reserves or experience the magic of many historical sites.
Each apartment is equipped with free Internet access and an air conditioning unit in the living room.
