This beautiful holiday house with a pool is situated in the village Trgetari, above the picturesque little fishing village Trget, near Labin-Rabac. The villa is ideal for a relaxing holiday. It is 800 metres from the sea.

There is a 20m² open terrace in front of the house, as well as a swimming pool (8 x 4m) with a terrace for sunbathing (pool depth 150 cm). Parking space is available on site. The natural site measures 1000m² and is fenced in. Garden furniture and deckchairs are provided, along with an outdoor shower with solar-heated warm water.

The 130m² house is ideal for families or friends who would like to spend their holiday together, whilst retaining some privacy. The living room provides cable/satellite TV, air conditioning. There are two bedrooms each with a double bed one bedroom with two single beds. All the bedrooms have a wardrobe and air conditioning, as well as satellite TV, and bed linen is provided. There is a kitchen equipped with a stove, oven, toaster, kettle, coffee machine, dishwasher, fridge, freezer.
