Description
The apartments are right by the sea. Each apartment measures around 45m² and is suitable for up to four people. A TV with international channels, air conditioning (also with heating function) and wireless Internet access are available. There are two bedrooms with a double bed and three single beds. Asmall junior bed and a supplementary bed can be added. Each apartment has a bathroom with a toilet, shower cubicle, washbasin and a cupboard with a mirror. There is a fully-equipped kitchen with electric and gas cooking rings, a fridge with a freezer compartment, a microwave with an oven function, a coffee machine, a kettle, cutlery and crockery. Bed linen, hand towels, tea towels, washing up liquid and toilet paper are provided. You can share use of the owners’ washing machine. Clothes horses are available in the apartment.
The owners also sell their own organic farm products in the neighbouring village, such as wine, spirits and olive oil. The owners are a German-Croatian couple who also speak English. They are communicative and helpful. They would be happy to introduce Poljica, which lies at the heart of the tourist region. You can go on many trips from here, whether to the surrounding islands, the old UNESCO town of Trogir, Krka National Park, the Neanderthal Museum in Split or the owners’ organic farm in Vrsine. There is something for everyone. Poljica is only a 20-minute drive from Split airport. The owners are able to provide transfers. In Poljica there are two bus stops, with connections every half an hour to the surrounding towns. There are two cafés, a bakery and three restaurants right by the promenade in Poljica.
Between you and the sea there is a beautiful garden with three big fig trees. In summer you can pick fresh figs. If you are there at the right time of year, you can harvest the grapefruit in the garden. You can share use of the garden, which has tables and chairs, a hammock and an outdoor grill. There are parking spaces in front of the house. There are also two boat moorings in front of the house and it is possible to hire a boat.
