The house is located in the heart of Dalmatia near the beach, situated in a quiet side street in the residential area Mastrinka (Trogir). Away with a beautiful panoramic view from 45m above sea level, about 2.5 km from Trogir.
The distance to the beach is about 150m. The beach is at ground level, so that eg a baby carriage or wagon can be taken. The village center with restaurants and supermarkets is about 150m away.
