A comfortably furnished, air-conditioned holiday flat for 2-4 people with a spacious balcony and wonderful sea views awaits you right by the sea on the south side of the Ciovo peninsula.
In the well-tended garden you will find an outdoor shower, a barbecue and ample parking. There is a buoy in front of the property where you can moor any boats you bring with you.
The flat (approx. 55m²) consists of a bedroom (double bed), living room (with very comfortable sofa bed, satellite TV, DVD and internet access), kitchen (with 4 electric hotplates, oven, dishwasher, kettle, coffee machine, fridge with freezer compartment and crockery) and bathroom/WC.
Shopping facilities can be found approx. 80m from the holiday home. There is a German-speaking diving school in the immediate vicinity. Tennis courts, a jet ski and scooter hire shop can be found 1.5 km away.
Bathing platforms on the beach directly in front of the house ensure easy access to the water and offer sunbathing areas. There is a small pebble beach 20 metres from our house, and there are more pebble bays just a few minutes' walk away.
