Studio apartment Esthera 2 is a charming holiday apartment situated in a fisherman village of Okrug Donji, just 350 m from the sea and the nearest beach, which makes it a perfect choice for a relaxing summer holiday. Historical center of town Trogir, a UNESCO World Heritage site, is just 8 km away while the city of Split with its famous palace of the Roman emperor Diocletian is only a 45 minute drive away. Nearest grocery store (140 m), restaurant (130 m), cafe (350 m) and ATM (130 m) are just a few steps away, while a larger selection is available in the nearby Okrug Gornji.
Apartments Esthera are situated in a family house which consists of the total of 6 apartments: 4 one bedroom apartments (Esthera 1, studio Esthera 2, Esthera 4 and Esthera 5) and 2 two bedroom apartments (Esthera 3 and Esthera 6); with the total capacity for up to 21 person in the entire house. Studio apartment Estera 2 is located on the first floor and covers 35 m2 of living area. It consists of 1 air conditioned bedroom with double bed and a sofa bed, bathroom with shower, a kitchenette and a balcony with overlooking the garden. The apartment can accommodate up to 3 persons, 2 sleeping in the bed and 1 on the sofa bed. There is a possibility of accommodating 2 persons on the sofa bed if one or both persons are children up to 12 years.Studio apartment Estera 2 is equipped with air conditioning, SAT-TV, Wi-fi internet, safe, blinds, electric stove, mini fridge with freezing compartment, microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, barbecue equipment and hair dryer.
