Description
Next to the historical UNESCO protected city of Trogir in central Dalmatia lies a small, but beautiful island of Ciovo, rich with untouched nature and hidden beaches. Ciovo is also connected to the mainland with a bridge and perfectly situated in the vicinity of Trogir (2 km), Split (25 km) and Split airport (5 km).
Ciovo consists of small traditional Dalmatian villages, one of which is Mavarstica, located on the south side of the island and known for its many beautiful pebble beaches and hidden bays. The most beautiful beach is undoubtedly the White beach, which can only be accessed by foot but whose crystal clean sea and the beautiful view of the middle-dalmatian islands Solta and Brac will leave anyone breathless. All of these attributes make Mavarstica an ideal destination for a peaceful and relaxing family vacation. Mavarstica has a grocery shop, a restaurant and a cafe, while the nearby village of Okrug Gornji has various restaurants and taverns with great offer of Dalmatian specialties and domestic vine, grocery shops, ATM machines, a green market and a post office. Those who are keen on more active vacation can go on organized diving trips, rent a boat or jet ski, enjoy a half day boat excursion to the nearby islands of Solta and Drvenik or visit the National park Krka Waterfalls, one of the natural wonders of Dalmatia. Okrug Gornji also has a taxi boat which goes to Trogir every 20 minutes.

The apartments Skale are situated on the south side of Ciovo in the beautiful Mavarstica bay.
The house spreads on 900 m2 and is situated only 10 meters from the sea, with sweeping views of the islands Brac, Solta and Hvar. Apartments Skale are surrounded by beautiful and large Mediterranean garden, ideal for a relaxing holiday. High hedges, olive trees, laurel and palm trees provide complete comfort and privacy. Each apartment has a designated parking space in front of the house. Guests are welcome to use the outdoor barbecue, outside dining table with chairs and outdoor showers.
The total capacity of both apartments Skale I. (4+1) and Skale II. (4+1) is 10 people. Apartments are equipped with air-conditioner, LCD SAT TV and WLAN internet.
Apartment Skale II. (4+1) covers 50 m2 and is located on the second floor. It is suitable for 5 people. The apartment has 2 bedrooms (one with double bed and one with two single beds), kitchen, living / dining room, balcony and bathroom.
