Charming modern holiday apartment with a private sea view balcony and communal, chlorine free illuminated swimming pool
This holiday apartment is located in Okrug Gornji, Croatia. It is located only approximately three kilometers from the historical center of Trogir, and 10 kilometers from the airport. The UNESCO listed cities of Split and Trogir are very close to the house and the National park Krka is only 30 kilometers away.
From your private balcony with a table and chairs you can enjoy the sea views. The communal swimming pool is chlorine-free. It is surrounded by sun loungers and sun shades and can be illuminated at night. The apartment also has access to a barbecue in the yard and there is a large parking lot for several cars.
The holiday apartment with a separate entrance is on the top floor of the three-storey house. The house was only recently newly built in 2016.
It features two bedrooms and can accommodate up to five persons. There is an open plan living-/dining area with integrated, fully equipped kitchen (gas-/electric cooker, microwave, mini oven, fridge with freezer compartment, kettle and toaster). The two bedrooms are furnished with a 160 x 200 cm double bed each. There is a sofa bed for two more persons in one of the bedrooms. The bathroom offers a shower, wash basin, bidet, toilet, hairdryer and even a washing machine.
The apartment is fully equipped for a pleasant stay, including air conditioning, free internet and satellite TV.
