Inside, our spacious 90 m² holiday flat offers modern comfort spread over two levels. You can look forward to an air-conditioned living area with a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious dining area and a cosy living room. Two separate bedrooms with comfortable double beds (160 cm x 200 cm) and spacious wardrobes offer ideal retreats. One bedroom also boasts a Smart TV with satellite connection and direct access to the terrace. The modern bathroom with walk-in shower, WC, washing machine and large washbasin completes the interior.

Our flat is surrounded by a walled garden with plenty of space for relaxation and play. Enjoy the numerous terraces with dining sets and parasols, which invite you to linger, or use the integrated barbecue for sociable evenings outdoors. An additional small terrace with garden seating provides the perfect backdrop for quiet moments in the open air.

The surrounding area of Okrug Donji offers a variety of leisure activities. The beach "Stari Porat" is only 400 metres away. In the nearby villages of Okrug Gornji and the historic town of Trogir, which is only seven kilometres away, you will find shops, cafés and restaurants. Other excursion destinations such as the city of Split and the Krka waterfalls are within easy reach and offer a wide range of cultural and natural attractions for an enriching holiday.
