Description
This little house is on the fabulous island of Ciovo, on the outskirts of Okrug Gornji, just 6km from the famous town of Trogir.
The south-facing balcony affords stunning views of the sea and the islands of Brac and Solta. The balcony provides a table and two chairs. The house is surrounded by a typical Mediterranean garden, with another table and six chairs inviting you to relax. A barbecue is available for use. You can park your car conveniently on site.
The house and the garden are for your own exclusive use during your stay and are ideal for relaxing. The 60m² house accessed via stairs provides two bedrooms, a bathroom and a shared living and dining room (air-conditioned) with a kitchen unit. The latter provides all the basics, along with a gas stove, kettle, toaster and coffee machine. There is plenty of space to dine together at the dining table. The sofa in the living room can be converted into a sofa bed for up to two people. There is also an armchair. The first bedroom has a double bed (180 x 190cm) and the second has two single beds (90 x 190cm). There is a bathroom with a bath.
The house is in quiet surroundings. It is only 70 metres to the concrete beach and a five-minute walk to a pebbled beach that is more suitable for small children and also has a restaurant (pizzeria). The main beach in Okrug Gornji with a wide range of restaurants, bars and entertainment is about a five-minute drive away. The centre of town is about a kilometre from your holiday accommodation and has a weekly market, a post office, an ATM and cafés. Split airport is ten kilometres away.
