Holiday home with balcony, covered terrace and private pool - vacation by the sea and feel at home!

The house is located in Vabriga, a small town on the Istrian peninsula in Croatia, nestled in a lovingly designed garden with enough green to romp around for children. The tastefully furnished house has on the ground floor a spacious living room with satellite TV, as well as a fully equipped kitchen area with dining table and a shower with toilet. The upper floor has three bedrooms with double beds, and two rooms have access to the balcony. A bathroom with toilet and air conditioning in the hallway, adjacent to the rooms, complete the area for sleeping.

From experience, however, life under the Mediterranean sun mainly takes place outdoors. The covered terrace with large dining table is the actual living room. The in-house swimming pool invites you to swim next to the sea, which is only 900m away, if you don't feel like going to the beach. And under the large pergola, right by the grill and swimming pool, you can end the evening comfortably with food and a bottle of wine. The illuminated pool gives a very special holiday feeling in the evening. Parking for two vehicles is available and belongs to the house. Swimming opportunities are available in the nearby Lanterna resort or the beach area just 900 meters from the house. But also the famous Plava Laguna in Porec or the landscape protection area near Medulin on the southern tip of Istria invite you to go swimming. Pick your places yourself. From Vabriga it is easy to explore the surrounding area. Old, Byzantine and Venetian cities like the nearby Porec and Rovinj; or Pula with its well-preserved amphitheater from the Roman past invite you to take cultural tours. In the Istrian hinterland, visit the beautifully situated villages such as Motovun or the artist village Groznjan, located on hills above the Mediterranean landscape. In spring or autumn, exploring the scenic beauty of Istria by bike is an insider tip.
