Seaside Studio - Studio Apartment with Private Beach and Sea View

House:
Seaside Studio is situated in Zaton bay, 11 km of Dubrovnik. Destination offers entertainment and sightseeing thanks to intact nature and location which makes a perfect getaway. Kindly note: Children are not welcome. Free public parking is available nearby, reservation is not possible. Private parking with a charge of 10 euros per day is available with prior notice. Luggage storage is possible prior to check in and after check out. Pets are allowed to stay upon request with an additional charge. Overlooking the Adriatic sea this beachfront studio apartment with furnished terrace features free WiFi, air conditioning and flat-screen SAT TV, as well as kitchenette fitted with oven, stove, microwave, coffee maker, refrigerator, freezer, electric kettle and toaster. Private bathroom comes with shower and hairdryer. Towels are provided. Iron and ironing board will be at guests' disposal. Zaton is a perfect place for a countryside retreat as they are situated in a peaceful rural inland area with intact nature and rich vegetation. Guests can find everything they need, during their vacation in smaller range. Cafe bars, market, so as bus station are 200 m distant from property, while beach is 8 m away. The famous Old Town of Dubrovnik is 11 km away, with various beaches, historic sights, restaurants, cafes, bars and shops. The nearest bus station is 200 meters from the accommodation, with buses passing frequently and it is an approximate 30 minute ride to the Old Town. Dubrovnik Bus Station and Ferry Port, connecting the mainland with various Dalmatian islands, are 20 minutes ride from the apartment, while Dubrovnik Airport is 33.7 km away.

Remarks:
The interior of the accommodation can differ slightly from the pictures. However, the level of comfort is as described It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house

The beachfront studio had everything I needed for my work trip. The air conditioning was a lifesaver during hot days, and the kitchenette let me prepare meals easily. Being so close to the Adriatic Sea made it a unique setting for focusing on tasks while enjoying stunning views in my downtime.

Im Vergleich zu anderen Wohnungen, die ich für Remote-Arbeit genutzt habe, zeichnet sich dieser Ort durch seine Lage und Einrichtungen aus. Das Zimmer ist gemütlich mit gutem WLAN, und die Terrasse war praktisch für Pausen. Ich fand den kleinen Markt und die Cafés in unmittelbarer Nähe sehr bequem, das machte den Alltag einfach und angenehm.

Att vakna till ljudet av vågorna och se Adriatiska havet precis utanför mitt fönster var en dröm som blev sann, Själva studion var mysig och välutrustad, med allt jag behövde för en bekväm vistelse, Läge är perfekt för dem som vill fly från stadens stress – det var så lugnt! Dessutom var det bara en kort busstur till Dubrovnik, vilket gjorde det lätt att utforska staden, Rekommenderar starkt detta ställe för en avkopplande semester!

Close to the sea while dog friendly - rare match of expectationsIt is a hidden gem among all the other accommodations, The apartment is tiny but you won&#39,t spend your time inside as the terrace is amazing, big, covered, Basically we lived outside during our stay and went to cook and sleep only inside, The water is literally 5 meters away from your door which makes is quite easy to swim, paddle or hike around, This part of the village is great for kids as it is quite shallow, The forest starts by the apartment which helps a lot when you are with a dog, All in all, it was a really great experience, Water is super close, dog walking is easy as the nature is close, Location is amazing but can be challenging to park with a bigger car, We consider to come back here next year!\r\nBonus: Our host welcomed us with beer and some snacks which is super nice of him
