This luxurious, modern and newly furnished 4-stars apartment is located in the area of the island of Vir called Lucica, just 30 m from a beach and can accommodate 2-4 persons. The 63 m² apartment on the 1st floor of the house consists out of living and dining area with fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms with double beds and a bathroom with a shower cabin. To the apartment belongs a 9 m² roofed balcony with table and chairs and a sea view. Washing machine, dishwasher, air conditioning, Wi-Fi Internet, satellite TV, safe and parking on the property are among the other features of this apartment. The common balcony and lounge area (85 m²) on the roof of the house (3rd floor) with grill pavilion, sating furniture, deck chairs and a breathtaking sea view is an ideal place for an everyday life getaway in the evening sunset atmosphere. On the nearby pebble beach Lucica with crystal-clear sea you can enjoy sunbathing, swimming or diving. Along the coast stretches a 7 km long promenade. For those who prefer more active vacation, this promenade is ideal for fast walking or running. Shops and restaurants can be found within walking distance.
