Fully detached holiday house in beautiful nature
The house is 5 kilometers from the main road, about 70 km from Split, immersed in green nature. It is situated on a hill facing the proud Dinara mountain (1913 m) and the scenic Cetina river meandering through the karst field to the north, and the little historic settlement of Vrlika with its medieval fortress to the south. Only 5 km to the southeast there is a Peruca lake which is ideal for bathing and fishing. Even the Austrian Emperor Franz Joseph I was impressed by the beauty of the countryside when he visited Vrlika in 1875 praising the quality of perfectly pure air and water and, since this region has escaped industrialization and commercialization, this has not changed much until present time.
If you long for perfect peace and if you wish to thoroughly "recharge your batteries" far from the hubbub of the urban world, this place is ideal for you. You can enjoy long walks, ride a bike, go hiking or simply admire the wonderful intact nature all around you. From the other side, four national parks are close as well as dalmatian coast with beautiful cities, beaches and natural beauties.
The house features a terrace with garden furniture and sunshade. There is a grill (barbecue). Parking is in the front of the house. The property is suitable for children and pets.
The single storey house is about 75 m² in size and can accommodate up to five persons. It comprises of the following rooms: A living room (with a double sofa bed) and there is a fully-equipped kitchen with an oven and a dining area, as well as a bathroom with a shower and wc. There are also two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds (which can be but together).
Location is ideal for hiking or biking, you would be in the middle of beautiful nature, below highest mountain in Croatia and close to the river Cetina.
