Description
All to yourself: a well-maintained and newly furnished holiday house, near the charming little town of Becov by the Tepla, halfway between Karlovy Vary and Marianske Lazne, in an idyllic location in the Slavkovsky Les nature reserve.
The historical house has been completely renovated, with attractive and modern furnishing. It has four comfortably furnished studios and a big living and dining room. The ground-floor studio has big veranda doors opening up towards the private terrace. It has a double bed (180 x 200cm) and a sofa bed for two children or young people (140 x 190cm). The second studio with a double bed (180 x 200cm) and a sinle bed (90 x 200cm) has its own balcony, and the both attic studios with a double bed (180 x 200cm) feels very cosy under the exposed roof beams. Each studio has a sofa suit in front of an open fireplace and its own, prettily designed shower room. The living room and kitchen-diner has a sofa corner in front of an open fireplace, for cosy hours. It is fully-equipped with a dishwasher, convection oven, ceramic hob, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, extractor fan, kettle, toaster, coffee machine and CD-radio. A 50” HD TV including German satellite channels provides entertainment. A high-speed wireless Internet connection is available, as well as a washing machine and dryer, which come with additional costs.
The terrace provides seating, a parasol and deckchairs, as well as a grill. Children will enjoy the little playground with a trampoline and climbing frame, as well as a table tennis table. You can park on site for free.
The location is absolutely quiet and relaxing, with a charming landscape. You can drive to Karlovy Vary or Marianske Lazne within 20 minutes and enjoy spa treatments there, or simply admire the wonderful architecture of past centuries. The nearest shopping facilities are about 1km away.
