As the bathroom is today, it is fully functional with toilet, sink and shower. The summer house is located on a beautiful forest plot of 2500 m2. At the same time, you are only 300 meters from a fantastic bathing beach, which you often have more or less to yourself. The Bakkarøgeriet and Nexø Golf Course are only 1.5 kilometers away from the cottage, shopping opportunities can be found in Pedersker Brugs only 3 kilometers away.
