Renovated and exceptionally well-appointed holiday apartment on 2 levels located in the scenic Øer Maritime Holiday Village, with a delightful view of the boat moorings from the east-facing wooden terrace and common area, as well as from the balcony and living room on the 1st floor. The house is equipped with garden furniture, sun loungers, a parasol, and a grill. Additionally, the house features a lovely, tiled courtyard by the entrance door to the west.

The dining area accommodates 4 people and is a step up to a beautiful, well-equipped kitchen with ceramic hobs, oven, refrigerator/freezer, and dishwasher. Charming living room on the 1st floor with a sofa and armchairs, and access to the balcony. It includes cable TV, DVD player, CD player, and radio. The 4 sleeping places are distributed between 1 bedroom on the ground floor and a room on the 1st floor, both with double beds. Lovely, regular bathroom on the ground floor with a shower and underfloor heating. Access to the swimming pool is available for a fee, and there is also a sports hall. Øer is located just a few kilometers south of Ebeltoft with its charming, cobblestone streets and good shopping opportunities. Øer Strand is characterized by shallow water, large sandbanks, and rich birdlife. There are excellent opportunities for fishing and water activities, and the entire area invites you to delightful cycling and hiking.
