Holiday home suitable for 7 persons . The holiday home is 115 m² and is build in 2005. In 2023 the holiday home was partial renovated. You can bring along 1 pet. The holiday home is equipped with 1 energy-friendly air-to-air heat pump. Floor heating in all tiled floors. The holiday home has washing machine. Tumble dryer. Freezer capacity of 60 litres.

Outside
The holiday home is situated on a 2000 m² natural site. Situated 100 m from the sea. Nearest shop is 2800 m away. A terrace belong to the holiday home. Equally, you have access to a sunroom. You find a tool shed. Barbecue at your disposal. Plug for charging electric car is available. With 11 kW power output. Parking place by the holiday home.

Bed situation
All together there are 4 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 4 sleeping places in double beds. 3 sleeping places in single beds. 2 of these sleeping accommmodations are located in the annex.

Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with 2 refrigerators. There are 4 induction cooking plates, hot-air oven, microwave oven and dishwasher.

Toilet and bathroom
There are 2 bathrooms with shower cabinet and 3 toilets, hereof 1 guest bathroom. There is floor heating in 2 bathrooms. The sauna offers opportunity for relaxation.

Super ausgestattetes Ferienhaus in toller Lage zum Strand. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Feriehuset levede op til vores forventninger på stort set alle områder, det eneste som ikke var helt i top var wifi, som gjorde det næsten umuligt at caste.

Sehr schönes, geschmackvoll eingerichtet Haus. Küchentechnisch ist alles, was man sich wünscht, vorhanden. Sehr angenehme, persönliche Atmosphäre, man fühlt sich sofort willkommen. Uns hat der Garten, die Terassen und das Glashäuschen sehr gefallen. Fazit: rundrum 1+!

Wir haben uns in dem Haus sehr wohlgefühlt. Es ist toll aufgeteilt und super ausgestattet. Die Räume sind alle sehr hell und gut eingerichtet. Die Lage zum Meer und in der Natur ist toll, die nahe Straße haben wir kaum gehört. In der Orangerie kann man bei etwas Sonne im Frühling super sitzen, auch wenn es draußen noch kalt ist. Die Fliesen in der Dusche könnten eventuell mal überholt werden. Die Sauna ist eher klein, wir fanden es aber trotzdem in Ordnung. Ansonsten war alles echt top und richtig schön!

Schönes und gemütliches Haus mit guter Ausstattung. Schöne Terrassen und und gefiel die "Orangerie"! Die Bilder an den Wänden gehen, unser persönlicher Geschmack, von sehr hübsch bis sehr gewöhnungsbedürftig. An manchen Tagen, windabhängig, ist der Verkehrslärm der nahen Straße laut, aber nachts z.B. nicht störend.

Ich war mit dem Haus sehr zufrieden! Auch bei einem Problem, sorgte das örtliche Büro und die Eigentümer, umgehend für Abhilfe! Sol og Strand ist eine sehr professionelle Ferienhausvermietung ! Kann ich mit gutem Gewissen empfehlen!!!
