Holiday home suitable for 6 persons as well as 1 child up to 3 years. The holiday home is 150 m² and is build in 1963. In 2024 the holiday home was partial renovated. You can bring along 1 pet. The holiday home is equipped with 1 energy-saving air-to-air heat pump. The holiday home has washing machine. Freezer capacity of 60 litres. There is moreover a fireplace. For the youngest ones there is 1 high chair.

Outside
The holiday home is situated on a 1200 m² natural site. Situated 700 m from the sea. Nearest shop is 300 m away. A terrace belong to the holiday home. Furthermore the house has a covered terrace. Barbecue at your disposal. Parking place by the holiday home.

Bed situation
All together there are 3 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 4 sleeping places in double beds. 2 sleeping places in bunk bed. Moreover 1 cot for a baby (0-3 years).

The kitchen is equipped with 1 refrigerator. There are 4 induction cooking plates, hot-air oven and dishwasher.

Toilet and bathroom
There are 2 bathrooms with shower cabinet and 2 toilets. There is floor heating in 2 bathrooms.

Das Haus ist zwar etwas älter, teils recht dunkel, da wenig Lichtquellen, aber sehr sauber und gemütlich. Man kann einen entspannten Urlaub verbringen.

Es handelt sich um ein älteres, (zumindest innen) teilrenoviertes Einfamilienhaus (Böden und Küche neu, die Leitungen der Warm- und Kaltwasserinstallation wurde auf dem Putz verlegt) Das Pflaster der Einfahrt und der Terrasse ist schon sehr verwittert und z.T uneben, die Rasenpflege erfolgt durch einen Mähroboter. Leider gibt es keine Informations-/ Begrüßungsunterlagen / Bedienungsanleitungen; d.h. die Bedienung der verschiedenen Geräte erfolgt durch 'Versuch und Irrtum'; insbesondere sollte man sich darauf einstellen, dass der Fernseher nur über Google Home bedienbar ist. Die Küchenausstattung ist begrenzt. Die Heizung verursacht - zumindest für geräuschempfindliche Menschen - ein relativ lautes Laufgeräusch, das in allen Schlafräumen zu hören ist (die Heizung selbst ist im Hauswirtschaftsraum, aber im vorderen Flurbereich befindet sich noch eine weitere Umwälzpumpe mit entsprechender Geräuschentwicklung). Insgesamt bietet das Haus durch seine drei Schlafzimmer und zwei Badezimmer ausreichend Platz für 6 Personen.

Ålbæk er et koselig tettsted med nærhet til Hirtshals, Tversted, Skagen og Strandby som jeg vil anbefale både barn og voksne å besøke. Gode nærbutikker med ferske rundstykker, stille og rolig nabolag og lite trafikk.
