There’s ample space for both family and friends. The living room is the heart of the home with a wood-burning stove, heat pump, and large windows facing the garden. The open kitchen makes it easy to spend time together while cooking. Outside, the terrace invites you to relax and dine in the open air. The house is fully insulated and has internet, making it suitable for both short and long stays. Its private location makes it easy to unwind and slow down. The house is set on a 1,800 m² natural plot with mature vegetation. Peace and quiet reign here, and the area is rich in wildlife. In summer, there’s an outdoor shower with hot and cold water, and on the garage, you’ll find a 400V socket for charging electric cars. The home is secured with a burglar alarm. Just 300 meters away, the coastline awaits. Take a morning dip, walk along the shore, or simply enjoy the light and view. The coast varies from small coves to open stretches. Don’t miss a visit to Vejrhøj, the third-highest point on Zealand. On a clear day, you can spot 27 churches, including Roskilde Cathedral.
