The cottage offers a large, open space on the ground floor with a comfortable sofa and dining area connected to the kitchen, which is equipped with a refrigerator and dishwasher. The large windows provide fantastic views out over the water. On the ground floor, you will also find a bedroom with a double bed (140x200 cm) and a bathroom with toilet, shower, and washing machine.
A staircase leads up to the first floor, where you'll find the living room with TV and large panoramic windows, allowing you to enjoy the beautiful views. Here, you can relax after a day of outdoor activities. Additionally, there are two bedrooms with double beds (140x200 cm).
Outside, there is a wooden terrace around the house with garden furniture, where you can sit and enjoy the magnificent view.
The cottage is located close to Ballen, where you can visit the marina, grocery stores, and restaurants.
