Offener Küchen-/Wohnbereich für das Familienleben. Die Einrichtung ist hell und wohnlich gestaltet. Es gibt ein Cerankochfeld. Im Jahr 2018 erhielt das Haus seine Infrarotsauna und einen neuen Whirlpool, ideal für das Aufwärmen nach einem langen Spaziergang durch die Natur.

Im Außenbereich große Terrassenfläche mit Sitzgelegenheiten und Gartengrill für sonnige Tage.
