The holiday home is equipped with energy-saving heat pump.} Freezer capacity of 50 litres. Further more there is 1 wood-burning stove. For the youngest ones there is 1 high chair.

The holiday home is situated on a 1670 m² natural site. Situated 2500 m from the sea. Nearest shop is 1500 m away. A 60 m² terrace and a 7 m² covered terrace belong to the holiday home - hereof a total of 67 m² enclosed terrace. You find a tool shed. Swing. Sandbox. Playhouse. Parking place by the holiday home.

All together there are 3 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 4 sleeping places in double beds. 2 sleeping places in single beds. Moreover 1 cot for a baby (0-3 years).

Schönes,gemütliches Ferienhaus. Es ist alles da was man benötigt.Die Schlafzimmer liegen zur Straße hin was morgens wenn man etwas länger schlafen möchte nervig ist . Ansonsten ist das Haus sehr cool, wir haben im Oktober ca 35 Euro Stromkosten mit zwei Personen gehabt und das mit laufender Wärmepumpe 24/7 und angenehmen 23 Grad im Haus.
