Holiday home suitable for 8 persons . The holiday home is 161 m² and is build in 1992. In 2021 the holiday home was partial renovated. You can bring along 1 pet. The holiday home is equipped with energy-saving heat pump. The holiday home has washing machine. Tumble dryer. Freezer capacity of 60 litres. Further more there is 1 wood-burning stove. For the youngest ones there is 1 high chair.

Outside
The holiday home is situated on a 3000 m² natural site. Situated 800 m from the sea. Nearest shop is 1300 m away. A 40 m² terrace belong to the holiday home. Furthermore the house has a 10 m² covered terrace. You find a tool shed. Swing. Sandbox. Plug for charging electric car is available. Parking place by the holiday home.

Swimming pool
You can play and have a great time together in the indoor swimming pool. The swimming pool is 3 m wide, 5 m long and it is up to 1,3 m deep. The water temperature is between 24 and 28 ° C hot.

Bed situation
All together there are 4 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 4 sleeping places in double beds. 4 sleeping places in single beds. Moreover 1 cot for a baby (0-3 years).

Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with 1 refrigerator. There are 4 ceramic cooking plates, hot-air oven, microwave oven and dishwasher.

Toilet and bathroom
There are 2 bathrooms with shower cabinet and 2 toilets. There is floor heating in 1 bathroom. The sauna offers opportunity for relaxation.

General:
Wir hatten einen tollen Familienurlaub. Es ist ein wunderschönes geräumiges, sauberes Haus. Mit allem was man braucht, wir haben nichts vermisst, wir waren 6 Personen. Auch technisch, ist das Haus gut ausgestattet. Smart TV, Surround Anlage. Schöne große Sofalandschaft. Für die Filmabende ideal. Die Sauna und der Kamin waren täglich in Gebrauch, nach den herbstlichen Spaziergängen. Und die Kinder haben den Pool sehr genossen. Eine Taucherbrille ist angesagt, da die Pools in den Ferien Häusern stärker, auf Grund der Hygiene Vorschriften, gechlort sind. ( Der Pool ist am Anfang des Urlaubs angenehm warm, wird aber über die Zeit nicht mehr geheizt, daher nimmt die Temperatur über die Zeit ab./ Nur wenn man den Service bestellt, das man den Pool wieder wärmer haben möchte, dieser ist dann kostentpflichtig, bekommt man ihn wieder wärmer. Das war vorher so nicht klar). Sollte man aber eventuell wissen. Die Umgebung ist sehr schön. Der Ort Oksby relaxt und man bekommt alles was man braucht. Der Strand ist zu Fuss gut erreichbar, aber auch mit dem Auto, gibt es Parkplätze vor Ort, wenn es doch mal nur regnet ;). Im Sommer ist es, sicher auch schön die großzügige Terasse mit Grillmöglichkeit zu nutzten. Wir haben uns total wohl gefühlt und empfehlen das Haus definitiv weiter.
