This beautiful, spacious thatched house is located at Sydslugen 1C in Blåvand. It's close to the beach and a short distance from "Blåvandshuk Fyr" (Blåvand Lighthouse). With space for 10 people, it's ideal for family holidays or groups of friends. The sauna and hot tub provide perfect relaxation, along with plenty of classic Danish "hygge" (cosiness).

Before heading out for your beach walk, warm up the sauna. There's nothing better than experiencing the North Sea's westerly breeze followed by relaxation in the sauna and hot tub. This not only boosts your immune system but ensures proper holiday recuperation.

Excellent layout with wood-burning stove as centrepiece

The holiday home's layout spans two floors, offering numerous quiet corners and cosy spots for relaxation. The ground floor provides the perfect space for family time. The wood-burning stove forms the heart of the living area, creating a special atmosphere. Here you can put your feet up on the sofa for a film night, gather around the dining table for games, or create excitement with matches on the table football.

The kitchen is separated from the living area by a breakfast bar. While some prepare meals, others can enjoy an aperitif at the bar and provide entertainment.

The ground floor also features two bedrooms with comfortable double beds and a large bathroom with sauna and whirlpool. There's also a small utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer.

A staircase from the hallway leads to the cosy first floor. Here you'll find a second living room with sofa and flat-screen TV - and of course, wonderful views through the floor-to-ceiling windows. Upstairs there are two more bedrooms, each sleeping three people, and a full bathroom with a baby changing table.

Outdoor play area and sun-soaked terrace

A terrace wraps around the entire holiday home, ensuring you can always find a sunny spot whether enjoying your morning coffee or evening barbecue. There are plenty of sun loungers and garden furniture.

While you relax, children can enjoy the extensive play equipment. Besides a sandpit and swing, there's also a basketball hoop and football goal for those who love ball games.

Beach proximity and activities in Blåvand

The beach is just 450 metres from your holiday home. It's perfect for long walks, collecting shells and stones, swimming in the North Sea waves, or simply enjoying the beautiful sunset. Take a walk to the lighthouse that's visible in the distance. It's worth climbing the 170 steps for the beautiful view from the observation platform.

In Blåvand's charming centre, you'll find plenty of shopping opportunities, restaurants and cafés where you can treat yourself to culinary delights.
