Lay-out
Holiday home suitable for 8 persons as well as 1 child up to 3 years. The holiday home is 103 m² and is build in 1993. In 2012 the holiday home was partial renovated. No pets allowed. The holiday home has washing machine. Tumble dryer. Freezer capacity of 90 litres. Further more there is 1 wood-burning stove. For the youngest ones there is 1 high chair.

Outside
The holiday home is situated on a 2994 m² natural site. Situated 300 m from the sea. Nearest shop is 200 m away. A 100 m² terrace belong to the holiday home. Furthermore the house has a 15 m² covered terrace. Sandbox. Parking place by the holiday home.

Bed situation
All together there are 3 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 6 sleeping places in double beds. 2 sleeping places on mattresses. 2 of these sleeping accommmodations are located on the bed-loft of the house. Moreover 1 cot for a baby (0-3 years).

Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with 1 refrigerator. There are 4 ceramic cooking plates, hot-air oven, microwave oven and dishwasher.

Toilet and bathroom
There are 2 bathrooms with shower cabinet and 2 toilets, hereof 1 guest bathroom. There is floor heating in 1 bathroom. The sauna offers opportunity for relaxation.

Whirlpool
You can relax in the indoor whirlpool for 2 persons.

Multimedia
The holiday home contains 2 TVs.1 DVD player. Radio. Stereo set. CD player.Playstation 3. At least 4 Danish channels. At least 4 German channels. Wireless internet at your disposal.

Worth knowing
Youth groups (15-25 years of age) not allowed. Smoking is prohibited. By violation of this prohibition a fee of min. EUR 420 will be charged.

Wir waren schon mehrmals in diesem Haus und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.Die Nähe zum Wasser und das Grundstück ist einfach traumhaft. Einzige Kritik ist das die Terrasse renovierungsbedürfritig ist.

Ein tolles Haus auf einem Naturgrundstück in einer tollen Umgebung mit schönem - fussläufig erreichbarem - Strand. Selbst ein Bahnhof befindet sich in der Nähe, so dass Ausflüge nicht nur mit dem Auto gemacht werden müssen. Wir hatten tolle zwei Wochen dort und würden das Haus wieder buchen.
