Holiday home suitable for 6 persons . The holiday home is 96 m² and is build in 1972. In 2011 the holiday home was partial renovated. You can bring along 1 pet. The holiday home is equipped with energy-saving heat pump. The holiday home has washing machine. Freezer capacity of 30 litres. For the youngest ones there is 1 high chair.

The holiday home is situated on a 2500 m² natural site. Situated 400 m from the sea. Nearest shop is 200 m away. A 60 m² terrace belong to the holiday home. Furthermore the house has a covered terrace. Equally, you have access to a sunroom. Parking place by the holiday home.

Bed situation
All together there are 4 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 2 sleeping places in double bed. 3 sleeping places in single beds.1 sleeping place in sofa bed (single).

Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with 1 refrigerator. There are 4 ceramic cooking plates, hot-air oven, microwave oven and dishwasher.

Toilet and bathroom
There is 1 bathroom with shower cabinet and 1 toilet.

Worth knowing

Der Wintergarten ist, wenn die Sonne scheint nicht mehr zu nutzen. Temperatur ca.40 bis 45 Grad.

Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub. Die Lage ist top und der Strand sehr schön. Auch der Laden quasi direkt vor der Haustür ist Super. Das Haus ist schön ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen und wurde vernachlässigt. Leider war es auch nicht wirklich sauber bei unserer Anreise. Das Preis- Leistungsverhältnis ist in dem Fall nicht gerechtfertigt.

Das Ferienhaus liegt gut erreichbar und zentral in einem der schönsten Ferienhausgebiete in Nordjytland. Es ist modern und es fehlt an nichts. Auch ist es recht groß, und bietet auch für Kinder genügend Freiraum zum spielen. Relaxen und den Urlaub genießen ist hier perfekt möglich. Ab und zu kommt auch mal Besuch vorbei: Der Hase sieht mal nach dem Rechten und auch ein Reh probiert mal von dem frischen Grün im Garten. Man ist eben mitten in der Natur. Wundervoll.

Rigtig dejlig sommerhus, tæt på strand der var rigtig dejlig, ren sandstrand. Tæt på Frederikshavn og Skagen. Området er stille og roligt, ikke for mange mennesker.
