Holiday home suitable for 8 persons . 2 of the beds is only suitable for older children (4-11 years). The holiday home is 89 m² and is build in 1989. In 2006 the holiday home was partial renovated. No pets allowed. The holiday home is equipped with 1 energy-saving air-to-air heat pump. The holiday home has washing machine. Freezer capacity of 100 litres. Further more there is 1 wood-burning stove.

Outside
The holiday home is situated on a 1200 m² natural site. Situated 180 m from the sea. Nearest shop is 1200 m away. You will find a golf course in a distance of 4500 m. A terrace belong to the holiday home. Furthermore the house has a covered terrace. Swing. Situated 800 m from a playground. Barbecue at your disposal. Carport is at your disposal. Parking place by the holiday home.

Bed situation
All together there are 4 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 2 sleeping places in double bed. 4 sleeping places in single beds. 2 sleeping places in bunk bed. 2 of these sleeping accommodations are located in the annex.

Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with 1 refrigerator. There are 4 ceramic cooking plates, hot-air oven, microwave oven and dishwasher.

Toilet and bathroom
There are 2 bathrooms with shower cabinet and 2 toilets.

Das Ferienhaus ist ganz solide. Die Küche war sehr neu und das ganze Haus anscheinend neu renoviert. Gartenliegen wären noch schön gewesen. Die Ausstattung der Küche hinsichtlich Kochgeschirr könnte noch etwas besser sein. Auch insgesamt ist wenig Geschirr da, wenn man mit mehreren Personen dort wohnt. Wir haben uns aber alle wieder einmal sehr wohl in Dänemark gefühlt.

Dejligt sommerhus hvor vi følte os rigtig godt tilpas. < br />Der er masser af plads og rum til 8. Vi var 2 og brugte selvfølgelig kun < br />et badeværelse og de rum 2 personer har brug for. < br />En ting var ekstra skønt - der var ingen kalk i vandet.

im Großen und ganzen ein solides Ferienhaus. Renovierungsbedürftige Fenster und teils Geruchsbelästigung im Bad. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig und trotzdem zentral. Die Zimmeraufteilung war für uns nicht so toll (2 Erwachsene und 2 Teenager), trotz 4 Schlafzimmer. Die Betten und das Elternschlafzimmer als solches sind top!

Wir haben die Natur und das Hallenschwimmbad in Fredrikshavn genossen. Die Küchenausstattung im Haus war perfekt und die Einrichtung liebevoll gestaltet. Die Betten waren sehr gut, besonders das Doppelbett.
